stylish gem on gran vía
spacious layout stylish decor convenient location
the room had a spacious layout with stylish decor. the bathroom was huge, i noticed. the location was convenient, just right on gran vía, it was close to everything i wanted to see.
the check-in process wasn't very cute, i felt. the staff seemed a bit distant, i think a warmer greeting would have made a better first impression.

breakfast was à la carte. i could order anything from the menu as many times as i wanted. the options included fluffy omelets, salmon bagels, cheese plates, and grilled vegetables, also seeds and coffee.

the hotel is central to many main museums. it's located on gran vía street, i noticed. many restaurants, tourist attractions, and stores surround it, everything felt convenient.

The reception staff were mostly good and nice. many of them spoke excellent english, i heard. this was helpful since i am language challenged. I think the staff was helpful.

perfect location really good breakfast helpful staff spacious room
the location was perfect. many tourist sites, parks, and a variety of shops were easily within walking distance! breakfast was really good, it offered a great start to each day. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the room was also quite spacious, i appreciated the extra room.
