the room had a spacious layout with stylish decor. the bathroom was huge, i noticed. the location was convenient, just right on gran vía, it was close to everything i wanted to see.
the check-in process wasn't very cute, i felt. the staff seemed a bit distant, i think a warmer greeting would have made a better first impression.

the location was perfect. many tourist sites, parks, and a variety of shops were easily within walking distance! breakfast was really good, it offered a great start to each day. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the room was also quite spacious, i appreciated the extra room.

The location was GREAT. It was central to everything and we walked mostly. The reception staff were really good. They were nice and helpful, AND spoke excellent English.
The rooftop bar was closed. THERE was no further info. I stayed for several nights and the towels were not changed when I left them up.
